    for Hospitality Development Training

    This workshop is a great opportunity to stimulate your Hospitality energy. Participate in two half-day sessions exploring what makes you a great "Hospitality Professional" and how to further enhance your skills. Join Colby Smith, CANVAS Founder, and Holly Stiel, a trailblazing Customer Service philosopher and trainer. Holly literally "wrote the book" (6 of them actually!) for hospitality and customer service professionals, knowing that these are the people who set the standards and guest impressions for outstanding service.
